  Very disappointed by this company. After using their online form, updating delivery, selecting the shipping options that came up. They refused to send the product, made no attempt to contact me and today i rang them up to ask where it was i was informed they never shipped it cause I picked the wrong delivery method.
  
  1) its poor design that if after entering your details and updating they still give you the "wrong" delivery method.
  
  2) after phoning them i can tell you they are the worst company i have ever had dealings with, wanting me to pay an extra 11 pounds to receive my item late. Apparently it was the director and the 2 options he give me were to either cancel or pay the extra money.
  
  I would highly recommend amazon over this company because its cheaper (roughly half price for identical products) and is a much better company overall.
