  Started at the Luton showroom where I received helpful advice as to the door I should purchase which was soon followed by confirmation of order, price and estimate of delivery time. The door, manufactured in Germany, arrived within the time period stated and an installation date was agreed. The fitter, Michael , came on the date-spot on time and spent almost five hours installing the door ( a large double). The whole process was was faultless and communications throughout were excellent. Michael did a first class job and I am pleased to say the door has worked without any problems for over two months (at least twice a day) since installation. I have no reservations in recommending this company and its Luton staff for this type of product/service.
