  I am writing this under a fake so that I protect my privacy. I had a job interview with these guys around a month ago and what a complete joke it was. My interview was scheduled for 10am. I turned up 15 mins early as i normally would and I was kept waiting by their internal recruiter for over an hour which meant i had to pop out again before the interview to top up the meter where I had parked and he didn't even apologies for keeping me waiting. Justin their internal recruiter then pretty much refused to answer any questions I wanted to ask and simply said I can answer that despite being questions any person wanting to go and work for them could be expected to ask. He spent most of the interview glancing back and forth at his mobile phone. I counted 4 separate occasions where his phone seem more important that the the poor guy he was interviewing (myself). He then had the audacity to tell me post interview that i wasn't being progressed to the next stage as I hadn't engaged enough with him. Which is complete rubbish i tried my hardest to engage with him but seemed he wasn't interested. I have been working in recruitment for over 10 years now and this but far the worst interviewer I have ever come across. I hope the senior management team see this and take appropriate action because at present their internal recruiter is a liability. Amazed anyone goes to work for them after that performance.
